As a certified Dream Builder Coach with the Brave Thinking Institute—the leading center for transformational coaching in the U.S.—Carmen is dedicated to helping individuals design, create, and manifest a life aligned with their soul’s purpose and vision. With over 20 years of experience in studying and applying transformational success principles to her own life, she has become a respected trainer, speaker, and coach. Through her workshops and coaching programs, Carmen guides individuals to overcome limitations and achieve the results that resonate with their deepest dreams.
Carmen specializes in supporting those directly or indirectly affected by the seriousness of mental health conditions, empowering them to rebuild their dreams, accelerate progress, and re-create richer, more fulfilling lives. As a committed mental health advocate, she collaborates with the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) en Español to raise awareness and provide crucial education to Spanish-speaking communities in New Jersey through targeted outreach, curated workshops, and seminars.

(Educational Background)
Beyond her professional endeavors, Carmen has a rich educational background and a lifelong commitment to learning.
Originally pursuing degrees in Liberal Arts & Business, she later redirected her studies to Psychology and ultimately earned a bachelor’s degree in Spanish Latin America from the School of Arts and Science at Rutgers University.
She continued her academic journey with a master’s degree in public administration at Rutgers University, focusing on enhancing organizational efficiency and resource allocation for nonprofit organizations.

Born in the Dominican Republic and now residing in Northern New Jersey with her family, Carmen maintains a deep connection to her homeland while embracing her roles as wife, mother, and community advocate.
She finds joy in hiking local trails, gardening, and exploring international cinema.
